This rental is made under the conditions below which the tenant undertakes to fulfill under penalty of all damages, or even termination of this contract by the lessor without the tenant being able to claim a reduction in the rent:
a) The premises are rented for temporary accommodation and pleasure, excluding any professional, commercial or craft activity of any nature whatsoever.
b) The reservation will become effective after payment of the deposit, either by check or transfer
. c) For weekends, arrival times are scheduled for Friday from 6 p.m., and departure times for Sunday until 6 p.m. For longer stays, arrival times are also from 6 p.m., and departure times are scheduled between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
d) it is agreed that in the event of cancellation: - by the tenant, except in cases of force majeure and with proof:- more than 3 weeks before the lease takes effect, the tenant loses the deposit paid, - less than 3 weeks before the lease takes effect, the tenant will also pay the difference between this deposit and the the equivalent of the total rent as a penalty clause - due to the lessor: - within seven days following the withdrawal, he is required to return the deposit to the tenant
e) in the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant, and if the liability of the lessor is not called into question, no reimbursement will be made other than the security deposit
f) the lessor provides accommodation in good condition and in accordance with the description. The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, blankets and pillows, bed linen
g) an inventory and an inventory are made upon entry and exit. All installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 48 hours after taking possession of the premises cannot be accepted.After this period, the rented goods will be considered free of damage upon entry by the tenant.
h) the tenant must behave ""like a good father"", occupy the premises personally, maintain them and be responsible for any damage that occurs during the stay. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the tenant.
i) If the tenant imposes his pets against the indication specified in the contract (i.e. animals not allowed), he must ensure the consequences of the presence of his pets in terms of damage or cleaning.
j) if the number of tenants exceeds the maximum authorized reception capacity, the lessor reserves the right either to refuse additional tenants, or to collect an increase of €20 per additional person per day.
k) the tenant has an obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the action of the tenant or his companions
moncheck (or bank imprint) for security deposit is required at the start of your stay. This security deposit will generally be returned 15 days after the inspection of the premises, after deduction of the total value of the replacement price of broken, cracked, chipped or damaged objects, furniture or equipment and those whose wear and tear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental.
